Network Security
128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption is employed by Assessments.com to protect data during transmission. The platform uses Verisign for authorization and certification.
Access Security
The infrastructure employs a state-of-the-art firewall to foil hacker intrusions, allowing only authorized traffic from legitimate sources through dedicated hardware firewalls.
Data Security
Information resides on a sophisticated storage system (RAID 5), which guards against data loss and enables rapid recovery capabilities.

All technology infrastructure is located in a secured operations center within our corporate headquarters.

Users authenticate via a valid User ID and password combination, which is encrypted via SSL while in transmission. Access to password-protected information remains restricted to authorized individuals.

Assessments.com is firmly committed to protecting your privacy. We adhere to the following information gathering and dissemination practices:
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our Web site, and for internal tracking and monitoring purposes. We use cookies for application functions, login purposes and to deliver content on our web site that is specific to your interests and assessment activities, but we do not use information from cookies for any marketing purposes, nor do we make that information available to third parties. Users who disable their Web browsers' ability to accept cookies will not be able to successfully use our online services. In order to log on to your Assessments.com account and use our secure online services you must also enable JavaScript on your browser.
Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information and demographic information. We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our company. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. During purchasing, you may be required to provide credit card or purchase order information. We use this information to bill users for products and services.

Importantly, only specific executive level employees have access to data files, and strict internal security features govern this access. Choice/Opt-Out
We communicate with our users to provide information regarding updates to our service, for customer support reasons, and to provide our users with other services and offers. These communications are periodic in nature. Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at the point where you logon for the first time. Users may also opt-out of email communications by replying to any message they receive from Assessments.com or contacting our support department directly. If any changes occur to this policy in regard to personally identifiable information usage Assessments.com will alert all users prior to any action via email.
